This creation is the result of a collaboration between Kosaspan Distillery and Kad Kokoa, a Thai Chocolate Maker that passionately sourced and crafted Thai cacao beans through its ‘Single Origin’ style since 2018.
Among the many cacao beans from different origins around Thailand, we choose to work with the one delivering the most interesting aromas. This variety won a silver medal at AVPA Awards in 2021. These single-origin beans from Chantaburi are handcrafted in a controlled condition before being double-distilled in our French copper alembic stills, as per Kosapan Distillery signature.
The newly distilled spirit will give you a pure and unique sensation of cacao flavours with some hints of dried tropical fruits. A must try for Chocolate lovers.
